Closed energy neutral air drying system

Systems and methods for the dehumidification or drying of air in a greenhouse while it is being cooled down. Air to be cooled is drawn by a cooling medium, and the systems and methods make use of heat that is extracted from the hot air before the cooling mechanism for heating the cooled air flowing from the cooling mechanism. The re-insertion of the extracted heat in the air therefrom makes humidity control, while a lower temperature compared to the temperature of the air as it entered the refrigeration mechanism. Various embodiments closed-loop according to the present invention, energy-neutral air drying systems that can not use external energy or materials to air dry. This provides an energy-efficient air drying system that makes it possible for a greenhouse to reduce their operating costs.

Greenhouse and forced greenhouse climate control system and method
